I can see that your order #94988 was placed on Friday 5/12/23 & shipped the following business day Monday 5/15/23 as we don’t currently ship on weekends and our daily shipping cutoff time of 4pm EST. As per UPS your package was successfully delivered on Wednesday 5/17/23 @ 1:43 PM You did not reach out to us about any issues until 1 week later on 5/23/23, Which upon you reaching out we immediately sent over instructions same-day on 5/23/23 on how to initiate your claim, which you mentioned you ran into issues with and then we manually pushed the claim thru for you on 5/28/23 and advised to allow us 2-7 business days excluding weekends and holidays for a resolution from route.
