You messaged us on 9/5/23 at 7:53 PM, which at this point the shipment was already in UPS possession. Upon your message we immediately contacted UPS to intercept this package and issued you a full refund, which we advised you to please allow 1-4 business days for your refund to reflect. You we're NOT charged, your payment has already been successfully refunded & the item has been returned back to us by UPS.
