I had an account with Solera for the last 2 years. The bank did what it needed to do, and today I needed to close the account and wire the money out. Mindy helped me with the process and I have to say that she is an expert at what she does, and is super cheerful and friendly as well. She answered the phone so my guess is that she's not the bank president but she probably should be!
