I've put my order in a month ago and was told 3 weeks from time of purchase I have yet to recieve my item. Furthermore, I was not provided with a tracking number although it was considered "priority" mailing. Im highly disappointed.

I have made picture books before but wanted something that had more type-written pages than pictures and looked like a book store hardcover. The ease of use of the website was wonderful, questions to customer service (only 2) were answered immediately and the quality was far more than expected. These books are Christmas presents and I am so pleased with the final result!

This is a simple and accommodating site for creating a book. It's easy to add text and illustrations. The finished product meets expectations. Shipping works just fine. In all, a worthy site.

I was very happy overall with the service I and product I received from Solentro. I was a little worried when a book I didn't order came to my house by mistake, but I immediately sent an email and my email was responded to within hpurs. I received my book within the time frame, a little over two weeks from when I ordered it. It was a birthday gift for my boyfriend's daughter. I can't describe the joy I had reading it to her and seeing her face light up because of this book only made for her! She loves it and will have it forever. A small price to pay for heartfelt gift forever!

The process for creating a book was self explanatory and very easy! My special creation came out perfectly!

Very happy with results. got help by email when had questions. once I figured out how it worked it was fun. would be nice to have number to call while your working on the book vs short email delay.
