Solentro - make your own photo book or posterReviews of solentro.com

I had a 12 page color staple-bound booklet made. it's even better than I expected, in all ways! I did take a chance by producing mine a little unconventional. I already had a 12 page PDF format design, with a nice layout of text and pictures. So I simply took a screen-shot on my MAC computer of each page, then uploaded each imaged (JPG) page into the template. Thus, I simply uploaded 12 images, which consisted of my pre-populated text and images! Bingo! it worked perfect: crystal clear images and clear, readable font. Solentro should inform the user that this is an option, or Solentro should have a simple PDF upload ability that can be converted to the draft for submittal. But my attempted as described worked soo perfect. The paper quality is also very nice. I went with the glossy cover which is great. the inside pages are also of high quality, heavier stock, mat finish. Lastly, I submitted my order on 1/8/22 and got my product on 1/24/22, here in Seattle! I cannot be happier! And prices are nice.

Crap, I have emailed them about 5 times and ZERO reaction. They only emailed me about money (where it is). Still waiting on my order. Placed my order Januari 1, 2022. Don't expect it to arrive anymore, because of this crappy kind of customer care.

I was pretty disappointed by the customer service this time around. I placed the order in late December (23rd), and had minimal communication leading up to the Jan 7 delivery. I had to email the staff twice to actually find out. One, I never got a follow up email explaining my order was being tended two. Two, I never got an email explaining my order had been shipped/showing me a tracking #. Finally, it took over 2-weeks start to finish, and I feel last year it didn't take that long. I also felt the packaging was too loose. The books seriously moved around and incurred slight bending on the edges, despite the plastic packaging. Just pretty disappointed compared to last year's order. This is especially true when I'm paying an arm and a leg for shipping. It's frustrating when shipping is 25% of the order cost, and the delivery is poor/not communicated well.

Outstanding work! Quick! Answered any questions I had! Would recommend and use again! This was an amazing Christmas gift for my grandsons parents! A keepsake the will be treasured forever! My grandson was so surprised by the stories being in a book! He is already interested in doing another book maybe a story this time he says! Great confidence booster! So pleased!

So happy with the final product! The book was beautiful, a gift for my father who was in tears over it. And shipping was fast during the holidays. I would buy again from Solentro in a second.

We created a yearbook for our team to celebrate the laughs and great memories over this past year. It was a wonderful surprise, and we will do this yearly moving forward. The quality and print was perfect! We were thrilled with the books upon receipt, and cannot wait to create our next project!

I love the final product, but getting there is a bit torturous. While adding images throughout the book, the platform would, for no obvious reason, periodically delete pages. I had to constantly re-submit info. It was so incredibly frustrating. In the end one of the pages came out wrong. I can only surmise it was because after multiple times of having to redo pages, I missed fixing this one for the nth time because I wasn’t aware it had been affected. Ah well. Also, I used this platform back in 2016 and was surprised that today it functioned pretty much the exact same way, no advancements in functionality.

I was very pleased with the quality of the books and how easy they were to create. With that said, I wasn't pleased with the $50.00 shipping cost or the lack of communication along the way. I made them 2 weeks before Christmas, and although I knew they may not be delivered in time, I had no way to track the books. There was no follow-up email with a receipt, order confirmation, or any additional information allowing me to know when/if my order went through. An email supplying me with a link to track my package would have also been appreciated.
