Had a great time writing a cute little novelty gift for my girlfriend. Shipping was an absolute nightmare and the website user interface could most definitely use an upgrade both on desktop and mobile but man the book quality came out amazing. Definitely will be coming back to make another small book for my mom very soon.

Pricing is confusing. The amount of the purchase was one price, the invoice was more than double what I expected. Impossible to get anyone to talk to me. Emails are often disjointed from the questions I had. Although I love creating books, I can’t afford its pricing .

This website is awesome! I used it to create a photo/diary book of the first three years of a granddaughter's life. It took me more than four months to finish this project *70 pages total*, and Solentro kept all my photos and my narrative perfectly safe and just like I left them each time. Because it lets you design templates as you desire, YOU are in complete charge of each page's design. It never failed me. I don't know how long they store these creations, but I hope it is for a long time so that I can order more of the books and also make changes as I desire. All in all, this was a five-out-of-five-star experience.

I'm EXTREMELY happy with both books that I worked on and ordered from Solentro. I was looking for a way to create a book that allowed both longer passages of type AND options for pictures/photos with/without captions. The directions and any changes were easy to make. This is the second book I ordered. It's a smooth process and the shipping is very quick. It is quality paper and the books come out very professional looking. Worth the money.

Made it very easy to print a book I have been working on for years! Cried when I was able to feel it.. after years of it being a file on my pc.

Though the site looks a little old-fashioned, once one learns how to use it, it's a very efficient system and, ultimately, produces professional-looking, and high-quality books. Because the site hasn't changed in over five years, it also allowed me to make a book that looked very similar to one I had made five years ago which, for a fifth and tenth anniversary present, made things very helpful.

Where do I start? I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Solentro! My book - a 260-page book of memories - is beautiful! I am so happy with the cover, and the quality of the pages is amazing. Most of the photographs included are very old, some more than 70 years, but the end result works. My two email contacts with Customer Service were answered promptly with responses that were helpful. I am located in the United States, and my books still arrived in less than two weeks. I am a 77-year-old woman. If I can navigate the Solentro website with no problems, it should be a breeze for those that are younger with more computer expertise.
