A little surprised by some of the reviews. I didn’t have any issue at all ordering from them. My son and myself wear them daily, I’m on my second pair and they’re believe he’s had a couple more than me. Easily the most comfortable recovery shoes I’ve owned. They hold up well and are easy to clean.

Disappointing first experience with Kane Footwear
I was excited to try Kane Footwear for the first time, but this has turned into one of the most disappointing online shopping experiences I’ve had.
From the beginning, the shipping information was inaccurate. I was provided UPS tracking that showed my package had been delivered to Albuquerque, New Mexico—even though I live in Houston, Texas. Whether Kane provided the wrong tracking number or the package was sent to the wrong address, I was left with no clear explanation.
Customer service was also frustratingly slow to respond while I was trying to figure out where my order actually was. Rather than quickly correcting what appeared to be a shipping error, my order was immediately routed through the shipping insurance claims process. Since the shipping protection was automatically added to my purchase, it felt like the priority became filing an insurance claim instead of simply making things right for a first-time customer.
Now, more than a week after placing my order, I’m still waiting for the claims company to approve a replacement before my shoes can even be shipped. It’s hard not to question why a customer has to wait on an insurance investigation when the problem appears to have originated with the retailer’s shipping or fulfillment process.
For comparison, I placed an order with Nike four days after ordering from Kane, and those shoes arrived the very next day. Meanwhile, I still don’t have the Kane shoes I originally ordered.
I wanted to become a Kane customer because I’ve heard great things about the product, but my first impression has been overshadowed by poor communication, inaccurate shipping information, and a resolution process that places the burden of waiting on the customer.
I hope the shoes are worth the wait, but based on this experience alone, I would hesitate to order from Kane again or recommend them to others.

Cannot change address or cancel order
On July 6, I placed an order directly through Kane Footwear’s website. Within about 30 minutes of placing the order, I realized that my shipping address was incorrect. My billing address was correct, but the shipping address needed to be updated.
I immediately replied to my order confirmation email to request a simple address correction. Kane responded that they could not update the shipping address and could not cancel the order.
Instead, I was told that I would have to wait for the order to ship and then file a lost-order claim through a third party. In other words, even though I notified them almost immediately after placing the order, they would not make a simple correction or cancel the order before it shipped.
My frustration isn’t with making a mistake on the shipping address—that was my error. My disappointment is with Kane’s customer service and order management process. I contacted them promptly, before the order had shipped, and they were unwilling or unable to make what seems like a straightforward change. Instead, the responsibility was shifted to me to deal with a third-party claims process after the package ships.
Based on this experience, I would hesitate to order directly from Kane Footwear again. I hope they improve their customer service policies to allow customers to correct obvious order mistakes shortly after purchase.

BUYER BEWARE
I am so disappointed in my experience with my return. I just wanted to exchange for a different style that was $2 cheaper but I spent more in the end because I had to pay shipping again. Terrible policies for customers. I do like the shoes but I will NEVER buy another pair, outstanding customer service is more important than any product. Also, I had to write numerous emails just to my code for exchange. BUYER BEWARE.

Quite at variance with Regatta &…
Quite at variance with Regatta & SportsDirect.CON. Excellent quality. Comfy shoes. As & when difficulties, seldom arose free gratis replacements and/or refunds, were forthcoming. Thank you

I placed an order on February 1 still nothing!
I placed an order on February 1. It is now February 11, and I have received no shipping confirmation, no tracking number, and no legitimate update on my order.
What I have received is a string of useless, clearly AI-generated responses that completely ignore the issue. No accountability. No timeline. No actual human support. Just automated deflection.
Ten days with no shipping information and no real communication is unacceptable. This is not a minor delay — it is a complete failure in customer service and basic business operations. When a company takes a customer’s money and then provides no transparency and no real support, it starts to look less like incompetence and more like a scam.
This was my first time ordering from Kane, and it will absolutely be my last. I will not support a company that hides behind automated responses instead of addressing legitimate customer concerns.
Here is what needs to happen immediately:
• Provide confirmed shipping details and a working tracking numberOR• Cancel the order and issue a full refund without delay
If I do not receive a real, human response resolving this issue promptly, I will take further action through my payment provider.
This situation is entirely avoidable and entirely on your end to fix.
I expect a serious response — not another bot-generated template.

Be aware
Be aware: Kane shoes may take up to 21 days to refund your return. The shoes themselves are fine, but the slow refund feels like a tactic to discourage returns. If you think you might need to send something back, plan for a long wait. When you order online it’s hard to judge shoe fit etc.. This tactic will lead me to other brands. Also, they charge you $10 to return. Two business tactics id stay away from!
