After evaluating their product ... which was useless to me ... they have been calling me over and over and over and over and over again from unlisted overseas numbers that you can not block. Stay far away from this crap!

This is one of the best technology industry I have seen, apart from others that are great. You should keep the good work up

Rubbish products that hardly gets updated. Their new platform is just old wine in new bags. Customer support sucks (I have a case that is open more than 1 year). Time to go to the competition.

I have been an Admin for SolarWinds Orion products in my company for over 4 years and I can tell you that the level of customer service they provide and the customer success structure they built is one of a kind amongst many other IT Infrastructure surveillance and incident response tools. I had very few difficult moments too but there are two key qualities in their support system that makes it one of the most reliable and helpful ones in the market: 1- you can always escalate to get better help and it is usually very fast! 2- the account managers are very responsive and provide you with the best resources you need to resolve the issues or get the help you need ASAP. I can go on and on about their support. I just like to give back a little by sharing my experience with SolarWinds Technical and Customer Support here.

What a scamming company. Lots of hidden text in their contracts that don’t get attached to your agreement but a live link they update when they feel like it. They also just take money without permission from your account and getting they money back from this giant is a joke. My advice, if you do use them don’t let them store your credit card details and direct debit is an absolute no. Very expensive addons, loads more better products in the market imo.
