ORIGINAL REVIEW: I absolutely love this seat cover! I bought it for my 2025 Hyundai Tucson lease because the seats are a light color, and I was starting to notice my jeans and pants discoloring them. I wanted something to protect the original upholstery, and this is exactly what I was looking for. I absolutely love the design and pattern … it looks great in my car and doesn’t feel bulky or out of place. I’m really, really pleased with it! It was also incredibly easy to install. There weren’t any instructions included, but I honestly didn’t need them. You simply put it over the top of the seat and pull it down. There’s a piece in a pouch that you push into the gap between the seat back and cushion to hold it securely. There’s also a toggle on the front to tighten it, although I didn’t need to use it. I also love that there are two pockets on the back for passengers. The entire installation took me only 3 minutes and 18 seconds, even with taking a little extra time because my headrest was raised higher than it needed to be. It really is that quick and easy! I only purchased one seat cover, but I’m so happy with the quality, design, and how it looks in my Tucson. I definitely recommend this seat cover … five stars from me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (initial review before my frustration getting Solara to fulfill their cashback offers). UPDATE — October 18, 2026 I am adding this update because the cashback process has been unnecessarily frustrating. As part of the advertised offer, I was eligible for $20 cashback for my Trustpilot review and a further $20 for submitting a video. I received the first $20 after following up repeatedly, but the $20 promised for my video remains outstanding. I submitted my video on October 2 (it was filmed September 29 and would have been uploaded that day if I didn’t have to chase to find the link where to upload it) and have since had to contact support multiple times. On October 11, Solara Support responded: “It will be automatically processed and refunded. Please wait patiently.” It is now October 18, and I have received neither the refund nor any further communication. I shouldn’t have to repeatedly chase a company to receive cashback that was advertised as part of its offer. The time and effort required to follow up on a relatively straightforward commitment have been disappointing. I hope Solara resolves this promptly, but I believe prospective customers deserve to know about my experience with its cashback process FURTHER UPDATE — October 21, 2026 Following my previous update, Solara Support has now informed me that they will not process my $20 video cashback, even if my video meets the required conditions, because I changed my Trustpilot review. To clarify, I changed my review because of my experience with the cashback process and the lack of clear communication regarding my video submission. I would not have changed my review had this matter been handled satisfactorily. I find it concerning that a separate promotional reward is now being withheld on the basis of my updated review. I participated in the video promotion in good faith and simply wanted clarification about my eligibility and the outstanding cashback. This response has further undermined my confidence in the company’s transparency and handling of its promotional offers. ANOTHER UPDATE — October 22, 2026 Lo and behold, today I received confirmation that my $20 video cashback is being processed. I’m pleased that the outstanding cashback has finally been addressed, and I have now received both of the $20 cashback payments I was promised. However, this does not change my experience of the process itself. It took repeated follow-ups to obtain clarity, and I was explicitly told that my video cashback would not be processed because I had changed my Trustpilot review. I’m glad the matter has been resolved financially, but I remain disappointed by the lack of transparency and the way the situation was handled. I ordered the solara seat covers for my campervan thinking I would brighten up its appearance. I checked the comparability images which suggested the covers would be a good fit for my specific vehicle. I added the armrest covers, but thankfully didn’t also buy the throw rug. Pricing seemed fair, but delivery was very slow, mainly because the covers were shipped from China. Upon arrival, the seat cover material was good quality and robust, but the fit was dreadful. The cutouts were in the wrong place for the armrests and seatbelt fasteners. The material on the back was stretchy and a completely different colour and just hung like a sack! I decided to return the covers but was informed that I would have to pay for postage back to China but as a goodwill gesture they would refund 40% of my purchase cost if I chose to keep the covers. This didn’t however cover the armrest covers as they are a universal fit! I reluctantly accepted this offer as it was the method in which I spent the least amount of money for the covers I have no intention of using. You’ll find them in eBay! I didn’t intend on writing a review but was encouraged to do so by solara for $20 payout (but actually $10 in the small print below). So what have I to lose. Now everyone who reads this knows that the fit may be like a saggy old sack and you can’t realistically return the seat covers if you don’t like them or they don’t fit. And I’ll likely get a $10 store credit that I will never use for the effort. Final thought is the seat cover quality is ok and if they fit your van they could really brighten up the interior. But don’t rise your hopes too much.

Shipping was extremely slow and little to no updates on where my order was. Order took more than two weeks to arrive. I contacted customer service and never received a response. I got my order, but the tracking was inaccurate and customer service was lacking.

I bought the Savanna covers. But the colours are different then you see online. I've had contact with customer support about this problem and the answered quick and professional. But the fabricmaterial does look good and sturdy, they are easily installed and are easy to clean. So that part of the advertisement is true.

I love the design, the way it fits, and the material! However, I didn't love the color and I wanted to change it out. That's where 2 stars were lost for me. This company may be in New Mexico, but their products come from China. So, for me to pay for the exchange and get it to China within the 14 day period would have been nearly the same price as simply getting a new Solara Cover. So, I'm stuck with what I have. That stated, it's a great product, but MAKE SURE that you buy the one you want, because it'll be yours forever... unless you want to sell it on your own.

The fit is okay, I have a tacoma, so the seats are fairly tricky to fit. I think it could be improved if there were a clip/strap from the center front to the center back that could attach under the seat. But I would’ve kept them even with the only-okayish fit. The problem for me is that these seat covers are HOT. I live in the desert, and it was *immediate* back sweat when I sat down. Like, within 60-90 seconds I can feel my clothes getting sweaty. I used them for 3-4 days, trying to decide if they really were that much hotter than my bare cloth seats, or if it has just gotten hotter this week (it has) but no, it’s the covers. If you live where it’s under 100°F these might work for you, but if you’re in Arizona, go ahead and skip them, because you’ll be wet through your clothes by the time you arrive to your destination, more so than you are normally.

The quality of the covers is excellent. Visually they are beautiful , colors are rich and vibrant. The fit is so universal that they didn’t fit very well in a 2023 Nissan Titan or in a 2006 F250.
