This company is dishonest and sells expensive seat covers when the quality is obviously not there. They fit terribly and it's like sitting on a shower curtain. I also made my purchase during the promotion of $40 back if I left a review and sent an installation video. I did both and they only sent $20 then told me the promotion had ended. They only respond to emails once every other week. Also if you live in the United States know that they dont offer any returns for you. This company and their business practices are very deceitful. I highly advise you stay away so that you dont go through the headache I just went through.

Bought a set of these looking forward to a clean dry car post surf. Jumped in with mildly wet board shorts and a towel wrapped around and on the less than 2 minute drive home they soaked straight through and all onto my seats. I thought I drop them a line. Maybe just. Bad batch. But no. Two emails explaining my story and two replies saying they are only ‘advertised’ as waterproof, I guess trying to distance them selves from actually being waterproof. I offered to send it back. Only just put them on. But no. No refunds after 14 days. So they might look ok but false advertising and super unhelpful to deal with. Apparently ‘their performance depends on usage’ and doesn't include sitting on them if you’re a bit damp. I’m sending in back anyway in the hope they can improve their product. No use to me. Just wanted to save the seats in the summer and these soak straight through. And no help or effort from the company. Got my money. Don’t seem to care after that. Premium price and shoddy product. Look elsewhere I reckon.

The seat covers are pretty and made from a water resistant material. However, the website states that they work for a multitude of different car makes and this is not the case. I drive a Honda Element and the fit is tight on the sides and baggy everywhere else. Definitely not at pictured. Also, I tried to return/exchange the seat covers and according to their policy, I should've been able to (within 2 weeks of delivery, unwashed, has original package). However, when I entered my details, the website says I don't qualify. Also, according to the company website, they're located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. But the return policy states that anything outside of the UK & EU is only eligible for an exchange, not a refund. I'd definitely say beware to any customer in the US who wants these. I feel like I got scammed. I will probably have to go through a ton of work just to get an exchange credit. Bummed

The car seat covers did not fit my vehicle. I called, messaged and sent an email to return this and haven’t received a response from the company.

Easy to install and arrived within a reasonable time. Fabric feels cheap. Also of note, the Aria seat cover looks much different in person than it does in the photos, which was super disappointing. In person, the front is a yellow olive brown color and with a lot of contrast between the lighter sand colored stretchy material on the back of the seat. Glad I only purchased one and will not be buying another. EDIT: downgraded to 1 star from 3 stars on 9/10/26 for false advertising. Company had Facebook marketing stating $20 back for an "honest review" after purchase. Upon submitting a screenshot of the honest 3 star review, I was contacted by customer service and told it needed to be a positive 5 star review. I replied that this is, in effect, their attempt to purchase a 5 star review from customers and they did not respond.

No Return Policy Be cautious ordering from this company, they refuse refunds within the USA. Even for unused items.

The colors are horrible does not look good in my truck at all. I asked to exchange and I was told it was too expensive to return them that I should just buy a second set. Now I'm not interested in keeping anything and I want to return it and got no response.

Ich hätte die schlechten Bewertungen besser vorher lesen sollen. Die Qualität ist richtig schlecht, die Bezüge haben keine Airbag-Sicherheit und sind für Sitze mit Kopfstützen nicht geeignet. Als ich von meinem 14 tägigen Widerrufsrecht Gebrauch machen wollte, verweigern sie dieses und werfen mir vor, dass Kaufreue kein Rücktrittsgrund sei. Sie haben von deutschem und europäischen Fernabsatzrecht keine Ahnung… Nie wieder!!!
