The covers were nowhere near the color advertised. They were supposed to be beige but were instead yellow. I showed them photo evidence, they agreed and still refused to refund me (all of this is in writing). They went back and forth for weeks refusing to honor the return, then told me we were out of the return window. Truly the most reprehensible and immoral type of company imaginable. They advertise on instagram, manufacture in China, and then hide behind policies to steal money from customers. They’re utterly disgusting. Special note to “Syed” in customer service who, if a real person, is an awful one.

The actual color looks nowhere near the color as depicted on the website, and the cut-outs for the armrest covers do not match the armrests. They have cleverly glossed over that on the website. I am not satisfied with my purchase.

I expected the covers to be cream based off pictures on their website. They came a heinous yellow-tan. I can’t stand them. The shipping was wonky and so the covers arrived the day after we had already left on our trip. I got home and opened them, messaged to return and was told it was past their 14 day return window. 14 days!!! Beware!!

The sand color seat covers are not true to color at all and no where near to the studio pictures provided in the listing. When I contacted the seller about this they stated that due to the material the color may be different than advertised from their studio photos versus actual use. I sent them pictures of the difference since it was so stark (advertised as brown and sand versus a clear green hue) and they eventually agreed to a discount on my order versus a full return. But, honestly I won’t use them. I told them it’s common practice to show variations if those exist with certain products and many companies do so. They didn’t respond. Beware of the color, but also beware of the fit. They show the covers as a slim neoprene but they are not. They are awkward and clunky. They are not form fitting for even a single high back seat. It’s honestly a waste of money, and after I had my issue with them, and doing more research, it’s clear these are not quality seat covers, they are cheap and easy, but they have a social media presence and platform and even a affiliate network so it just makes it all seem good via social media and marketing and pictures when it really isn’t. They are also side businesses that are probably the same company under a different name, so Just do yourself a favor and find another solution.

The double set is short

Very disappointing purchase. These seat covers appears as a cream colour on the website, but in reality they are a strong yellow/mustard shade, which looks completely different from the product photos. This difference is not clearly disclosed anywhere. Before purchasing, we contacted customer service to confirm whether they would fit a Suzuki Jimny, as the product is described as “universal fit.” We were reassured that they would fit. However, when the covers arrived, they did not fit the seats properly at all. When we raised both issues, the response was unhelpful. We were told the colour difference is due to studio lighting and materials, and that sizing is the customer’s responsibility based on a measurement chart. This contradicts the advice we were given before purchase. Overall, this experience suggests a lack of accountability and concern for customer satisfaction. I am left with a product that does not match its advertised appearance and does not fit my vehicle.

I used the fit guide on the website, measured my seats, the fit checker said they fit. My mother, older on a fixed income, told me she wanted to purchase them as a gift. After the two week shipping time. The covers arrived. And the did NOT fit. Even though in the website they claim they do. The company does not allow refunds! The material is also cheap. Not worth the money when you can buy nice custom fit seat covers for the same price.
