I placed an order on 11/29/25. I was told 3 months for delivery. I contacted them in Feb 2026 and was told the manufacture was closed for festival and it would be a few weeks. I tried looking up Soka homes and Soka furniture and now the websites are down - phone number I have said voicemail box is full. I believe I have been scammed!! Does anyone know how to contact them - what happened or guide me in what I should do??

i ordered the 164” sectional with 2 ottomans on 2/13/2026. i have not been able to get contact at all to get an ETA. the customer service email address no longer works. i used the contact from the website and now the website is down. i got a response this morning saying that Shopify closed the shop and operate system,we can’t do anything,please ask the bank return your money…pathetic

Based on my experience, I would recommend being cautious. I placed an order in October, and after multiple delays, the item was never delivered. The seller repeatedly confirmed a refund, but it was not processed. After waiting nearly 6 months and following up several times, I had to open a credit card dispute to finally resolve the issue. I strongly suggest keeping detailed records if you choose to purchase.

This company is a fraud. Bought a sectional, was sent 2 incorrect center sections....wrong color and fabric. They had no way to correct it other than offering me a bean bag chair or stupid pillow. Stuck with a non matching sectional and no way to get it resolved.

Complete scam of a company. Ordered couch on dec 13,2025 Was told 6-8 weeks for delivery At 6 weeks I inquired and was offered refund for shipping which never occurred. Was told another 3-6 weeks due to customs/ international clearances. At an additional 6 weeks I reached back out via email and the customer service line was disconnected. At 17 weeks post order day, the website no longer exists and I contacted credit card company for fraud investigation.

I am starting to think it’s a fraud paid 4400$ for a couch that I ordered in December 3d it’s April 16 and still haven’t heard nothing or got in touch with !!!!! Absolutely ridiculous.

I ordered a sectional on Nov 29th with an expected delivery date the end of January. As many of the reviews state, we called, emailed and recieved an updated that only pieces of our order where in the country and they were waiting on the other pieces which they expected in 30 days. We followed up and they offered a $300 credit for our patience. Still no sectional and their phone number is down, emails bounce back and their website is down. I have turned this over to AMEX. I was looking forward to the sofa. It is so unfortunate
