Their customer service is really amazing. I'm assuming that they're from overseas, but after a day of sending in my concern (I didn't receive a part of my order) I got an email back immediately and they apologized saying that it was sold out, and if I could pick another pair of sunglasses. Instead of picking another pair of glasses, I asked if I could get a refund, and they did it so fast and efficiently. The glasses that I did receive was as expected, they seem pretty good quality, and I like wearing them around. Highly reccommend!

I absolutely love these glasses! Recently, my new frames broke and when I reached out to customer service, they responded immediately with an acceptable solution. They replaced my frames at no cost to me without question. They also offered me a special discount for the inconveniences which tells me how important it is to make their customers happy. I'll be a long time customer for sure and highly recommend them to anyone ☺️

My order took longer than originally expected, but their customer service was very helpful and communicative! I am very happy with the style and fit of the glasses. I just worry about the durability of the materials, so we will have to see how long they last.

The glasses are pretty; however, glasses were to big for me. The customer service is good.

These glasses are honestly my favorite. The color, the style and craftsmanship are great on these. My only gripe from giving it a 5/5 stars is the fact that I had zero shipping updates on this. They just randomly showed up almost a month after ordering. Otherwise the glasses are nice and actually a metal frame which took me by surprise.

When ordering my glasses I was happy with the quality of the glasses via other reviews. When I received them I was so happy to see the frame. It is very sturdy and they look thick, especially for a frame that is so cheap. I had paid so much more before for frames thinking it would be great quality and there has always been an issue so I am happy to refer this site!
