Previously great with my other orders. But this time, an old address auto populated and I didn’t catch it until the order was placed. I emailed them as soon as I placed to order to ask for it be canceled or if they could change the address (8 days ago), and crickets. Now it’s shipped with some random Chinese shipping company I’ve never heard of before who has HORRIBLE reviews and zero contact information. Im never going to get my glasses and it’s so frustrating because I’ve ordered with them before with no issue. I recommend Zenni if you’re looking for cute affordable eyewear instead. I’ve never had a problem with them!

Love the style and frames howevet the reading strength is too strong

The prescription sunglass frames I ordered are cute, but unfortunately, that is the only good thing I can say. The lenses are such poor quality:( The glare and rainbows that come off the inside of the lenses, totally defeat the purpose of them being sunglasses - it is blinding and makes me have to close my eyes when the sun hits them in certain directions. I ordered progressives and that in itself makes everything blurry, distorted and gives a very bad fishbowl effect. I cannot wear them. They were only $60, so you definitely get what you pay for, so I guess I should've known better! If you're only oredering frames w/o prescription, it may be worth the long wait to get them, but I still think they're cheap/poor quality all around.

The only reason am giving 2 star is because my order took too long to get to me. Even when I sent out an email regarding my order, your representative wasn’t responsive. However, the glass were beautiful and love how they look on me,

Since placing the review I got someone to respond. I should not have to place a bad review in order to get service and response. I finally got an estimated time of arrival for the glasses on February 14th. I have learned a valuable lesson. I will not be using this online service for my needs again.
