Sohimi is an online intimate wellness retailer offering vibrators, male masturbators, couples’ products, lubricants, and related accessories. Our website is designed to help adults compare products using published specifications, care guidance, shipping information, return conditions, warranty terms, and customer feedback before ordering. For standard products, inventory is separated by fulfillment region to make delivery estimates more predictable and reduce unexpected transfers between warehouses. Clearance, final-sale, or other specifically identified products may ship from another warehouse when this is disclosed on the product page before checkout. Availability and delivery estimates can vary by destination and product.Orders are sent in discreet outer packaging. Customers can review the current Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, warranty information, Privacy Policy, and billing information on sohimi.com. The product specifications and eligibility conditions shown on the relevant product or policy page apply to each order. Customers should review the current terms before purchasing because promotions and eligibility conditions may change. Our review history includes both positive and negative customer feedback. Sohimi does not create, buy, or rewrite customer reviews to change their rating or sentiment. We use customer feedback, including complaints about delivery, to identify operational problems and improve our fulfillment process. For questions about an order, delivery, return eligibility, warranty support, or product information, contact [email protected]. Please include your order number when contacting support so the team can locate the order and respond more efficiently.
