Having used several survey tools in the past, I am thrilled to have found SoGoSurvey. It is it easy to use and there are lots of tips for effective survey design. But, one of the things that sets SoGoSurvey apart from other survey tools is the responsiveness of their staff. It is truly amazing how quickly my questions have been answered -by real people! The robust selection of tools, combined with the great customer service, has saved me both a great deal of time, stress, and frustration and improved the effectiveness of my surveys. I deeply value their commitment to education and supporting students. As I begin to gather data for my graduate capstone project, knowing that I will be able to confidently capture the necessary information to complete my degree is so important to me. I highly recommend SoGoSurvey!

The Sogo survey website have been amazing, it is very easy to use and they were always on hand with handy tips or extra help when needed. I couldn’t have completed my dissertation project without their help!

I am using website for a survey that I do for my master's thesis. I recommend this website as they have responsive customer service with prompt solutions.

Been using Sogosurvey for my PhD and it's an amazing tool to collect responses! I can duplicate my survey for different projects, and recode data easily before exporting them into my desired format! SogoSurvey allows you to design your survey with flexibility in mind, which is great so that I can get a high response rate from the public! I look forward to continue working with SogoSurvey in the future :D

I have always found SoGo survey extremely useful for use in the academic sector, notably in a primary school. We particularly use it to assist in obtaining information around our school community to help understand what is working well and the improvements we need to make, which is extremely important for the head and the governing body. Without the support of SoGo Survey, we wouldn’t be able to achieve this, well, we could but it wouldn’t be anywhere near as efficient, as the survey is really easy to send out and because the responses are in a downloadable format, it is easy to shape the data for my needs and to assess it from all different perspectives. Given the current climate, it is especially important to understand how people feel we are progressing as a school from an academic perspective but also from a wellness / support perspective. I have always found their site and tools extremely user friendly and the customer service is second to none; they are extremely fast at responding to queries, which is something you don’t always see with some customer services. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend using them.

Used this great service to collect data for my final year dissertation and it allowed me to effectively distribute my survey and was quick and easy to design. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing to create and distribute a survey.

Helping Churches Reach Their Communities We are very grateful for SoGoSurvey. They have streamlined the process of creating our surveys, tracking responses, and generating reports so we can focus on strategizing for positive change and celebrating success we otherwise may not have noticed. SoGoSurvey's elegant reports plainly show what is going well and what areas could use some tactical alteration or encouragement in a different direction. Their bar graphs, percentages, and verbatim responses listed for each question are very helpful for us. We use SoGoSurvey to view congregation's demographics, perspectives, opinions, and desires all at once to present churches with a clear view of what they have been doing well and to challenge them in area they can grow in. If it weren't for SoGoSurvey, we would have to mail and collect individual surveys and work through pages to compare at least 20 people's notes for 30+ questions, costing hundreds in time, supplies and postage. The only thing that we hope changes someday is the size of the editing window. When editing multiple choice options, the window doesn't expand as we type, so it only shows about 16 characters at one time. Regardless, SoGoSurvey is still incredibly user-friendly; we just have to double check our spelling on those kinds of questions after saving them. SoGoSurvey has saved our non-profit organization a lot of time and money in gathering responses for our reports and presentations.

I used this service to complete a survey for my degree dissertation, highly recommended as it was easy to use and great support.
