I made an order for $1K towels from Soft Textiles (ST) on 12/19/ 23, and waited three weeks for them to arrive. I contacted ST to find they haven't even fulfilled my order. As an excuse, ST sent me a screenshot of an email: Shopify asked them to call me to verify my order because it had signs of fraudulence, but they did not. They just used that excuse again and again to delay shipping for 3 more weeks. When, I convinced them to ship my order, they tried to make substitutions. I made a request to cancel the order, but ST did not. I messaged them again to cancel my order, and they said they did, but I am no fool. All replies from ST were in poor grammar / English, just like a scammer. It's now 1/30/24, and I am now working with Shopify to resolve this. Shopify needs to drop this merchant as it is bad for their reputation.

I am so disappointed because I've been waiting a long time to purchase the same cotton dishcloths that I've purchased in the past from Soft Textiles by way of Walmart, but that's not the case. The dishcloths that I received are very disappointing. They are so thin and they don't even look like they're cotton. Where are the very nice ones that I've purchased before. Please bring them back because someone bamboozled me with this mess that was sent to me. Please tell me that it was a mistake and that you're going to have more of the quality dishcloths that I've purchased in the past.

The order process and receiving the product was fine. However, I contacted to receive information about returning the product since it was no longer needed. I have not gotten any response despite emailing, and filling out chat request on the website. I called the one phone number I have listed but it was someone's personal voicemail. For the lack of response and ability to have help after I received the order I am giving one star.

The towels I ordered were too thin to embroider on. I am attempting to return them but I can't get anyone to send me the the return documentation so I can get my money back. I'm very disappointed in this company and will never buy from you again!!!! I want my money back...

Towels arrived and were extremely stiff and scratchy. I washed them in hopes they would soften up but did not. I wrote and complained and nothing was done about it. Apparently this company doesn’t care.

Many of the dishcloths started to fray after the very first preliminary wash because the zigzag stitches on the edges had come undone. I will have to resew the edges myself to make them usable.
