100% of CPU resources used, no refund
We opened a Singapore VPS and installed our software we've run at 5 other hosting services just fine. It ran a 'powershell' program over and over eating up 100% of our CPU power. Totally unusable obviously. They couldn't shut it off and we shut it off again and again to no avail. Have never had this issue with other companies. They would not give us a refund. One upside they were quite timely and friendly in their responses. Disappointing experience.

Hi Tom, I'm sorry to hear this and it is definitely not normal. As per conversation with tech who handled your issue, there is an application hosted on your server which is triggering Powershell. We have since went ahead and recreated your server with newer OS as per your confirmation and we hope this goes well. If there is anything that requires management team's inputs, feel free to get the ticket escalated to our management team. I'm sure we will be able to turn around your experience with us.
