I've been using SoftSys Hosting for a Linux VPS for the past few years. The one thing that I am constantly amazed by is the speed of the technical support... put in a ticket and it is usually resolved in less than 1 hour. I've never had any issues with billing during my time with them. The only thing that I haven't liked is their newest HyperV system doesn't provide access to the console for me to repair things on my own but so far things have been working okay.

We've been hosting our business site with SoftSys for a few years now and have had only positive experiences. No downtime and very fast and helpful service. When we've needed additions to our service, they've been fast and at a very reasonable price. We're using the managed Windows VPS.

Great Team. I always have right solution for my problem/issue. You can get right deal with transparency in work and great support. I am having dedicated server for 4 years now and never had to wait more than 10-15 min before someone answer and act on reported service request. (forget about issue here, all works fine.)
