Excellent product. It had limitations but they knew this and have been improving the app and making upgrades at an astounding rate since we took the business premium. Right now I say it’s the best for airtable portalisation.

Great product that you can do a lot with and fantastic, quick, responsive customer support, even with the free version (I hope Softr keeps this up, a real unique selling point!). Very small minus point: the options for the visual design are unfortunately still a bit limited.

Amazing Support...how often can you say that? Easy to use, looks great and the price is also amazing. You can save a ton by moving your Airtable users to Softr instead and have the same data and functionality. NO BRAINER.

There is no 2FA or MFA for site owners. Support staff decline to schedule a meeting to discuss and can only say its on the roadmap.... So simple password is all someone needs to gain access to your entire site unless you have signed up to Softr with Google Sign-In 2FA / MFA for site owners and collaborators is critical to ensure sensitive data is protected.

Hi 👋🏼 you have the wrong company! We are not the e-commerce store that you think we are.

Fast and helpful support, without ticketing bureaucracy.

I got a huge challenge on adding some code to the website as I am not a coder myself and a person called Artur helped me out so well that he even wrote the code for me twice and told me how to add it exactly in order to make it work. Their customer support is fast, friendly and effective, highly recommend to work with them for this and all the awesome features they add to the no-code environment
