Over-priced, buggy and the tech don't seem to care about resolving their issues. Instead they expect the client to create variables to resolve it. Really very poor and not worth the investment. Resorting to poor reviews as they don't have a complaints department Will not be renewing my license.

Advertised as a No Code, which I know means low code.... but when you cant achieve simple table based conditional formatting from a data source with out writting tonnes of code then, I cant see any other part of the app being low code either. Its a real shame too as I was suprised at how intuative the app was. If you have little to no coding knowledge dont do it, youll be disapointed when simple things cant happen without writting lines of Code.

There is no 2FA or MFA for site owners. Support staff decline to schedule a meeting to discuss and can only say its on the roadmap.... So simple password is all someone needs to gain access to your entire site unless you have signed up to Softr with Google Sign-In 2FA / MFA for site owners and collaborators is critical to ensure sensitive data is protected.
