I've been a client for many years and everything has been perfect. Their software (the one I use is Waltr 2) really helps me organise my videos on my iPad, and every now and then I change computer and need to move my license, which means I need to email them to ask them for help, and they always respond immediately (the last time this happened was yesterday). Softorino’s Volume Concierge 2 app is a great little tool that assures my computer volume is not accidentally set too high at inappropriate times. I have it set to automatically reduce my volume close to bedtime so no one in my house gets awoken by some stray notification. I am thrilled with their product support team, especially for the quick and personal attention they gave me for such a small app when I ran into a minor license issue. They got their back-end technical staff to quickly identify the root cause and told me exactly how to resolve my issue. You can trust Softorino to have cool apps that are well supported by personal product support staff.

Software was easy to use and recommended by Apple support. It didn't work on my old ipod nano, customer service was excellent. Responded quickly and refunded promptly.
