I had a problem with my app for Mac. I contacted Softorino, they said would address the issue, and in 2days I'm up and running enjoying this terrific app. I can't do without it!!!!!!!

There was an issue with the app. I wrote the company. They responded that my email was received. Then I was told they are aware of the problem and are working on a fix. Then I was informed they have fixed the issue. You cannot ask for more than than!

The Softorino people make excellent apps. I recently had a problem with their YouTube Converter app and they solved the problem quickly. They make some useful apps and I would recommend them.

In general Softorino software are excellent! Really !! But...obviously sometimes our computer OS might have an update that makes things more dificult for any app to adjust. When this happens I was always pleasently surprised at the speed at which Softorino Customer service responded to my questions and solved any problem. 5-star service!!! Way to go Softorino!!
