Thank you for your feedback, JP. We appreciate the time and effort you invested in working with your growth specialist to try to speed up your growth. While your progress hasn't been as fast as you'd like it to be, it's good to hear that there is still steady progress being made. Given the nature of our service (organic follower growth as a result of genuine marketing techniques) the velocity of your growth may vary month to month. With that said, we encourage you to continue working with your growth specialist to evaluate your targets and settings to ensure that you're set up for success. Thanks again for your patience and we look forward to continuing to serve you!

Thank you for your feedback, Danielle. It's great to hear that you are gaining new, organic followers. Given the nature of social media, unfortunately, "dodgy" and otherwise off-putting accounts do exist - but we are constantly working on ways to ensure that they don't sneak into your follower growth. In terms of private messages, that is not something we enable or support. We do encourage you to reach out to your growth specialist in any event that you feel like your targets should be reevaluated. There is always someone available who would be happy to help ensure that the quality of your growth is meeting your expectations. Thanks again for your review and we look forward to continuing to help you grow!
