This is a completely genuine and well designed program for people who are shy, lonely, and wish they could make friends. It’s also good for people who just want to grow a bit in that area. I am a much more confident person socially and at work after working through and practicing the suggested activities. And it’s so practical. Not too much airy fairy stuff, just well-thought-out explanations about things in the social sphere. Just the sort of thing I wanted. Also there is a community where you can connect with others working on the same goals, with very present guides/coaches.

Then There is the Community . It's such a great Place , you can share so much , practice in a safe space . I will be honest , even I think I Have'nt utilized the community to it's fullest potential . It is such a great Place to experiment and practice ( writing this , I realise I gotta take advantage of it as much as I can ) . Then there are the Community Calls . Literal Wealth's of PRACTICAL , INSTANTLY APPLICABLE or MIND ALTERING knowledge and I'm not exaggerating it . Knowledge can be found in books , podcasts or anywhere but the community calls are so soo helpful as they tackle the roots of problems , provide solutions , different perspectives . Actual Useful Knowledge . I would say That the Courses Are IN itself a million dollar thing if You utilize it in real life and complete it . You MUST use it in real life to access it's True benefit . If you are considering buying it , just go on ahead . Sometimes in life you encounter things which if you follow through on could change the course of your life . This is that Choice . And I'm not being dramatic .

Love it. They offer tools and tips on how to overcome social anxiety that actually works, and there is an awesome community where you can connect with others who are going through the same journey you are. Really recommend if you have social anxiety and want to overcome it! My social life is completely different today than it was when I joined a few years ago.

Best purchase choice I've made for myself. You have to be willing to put the work in but it really has been an amazing experience so far. I'm learning to open up and be myself, to rethink why people intimidate me, and I'm walking away with a bunch of tools I can use for life. Buying the Awkward to Awesome course from Social Self was the best decision I ever made! I'd hit rock bottom in January and was struggling with my mental health and a big part of that was due to social isolation. February I decided to sort my life out, I started exercising and eating better and that was great, but I was still missing something. That's where David and the Social Self team came in, I saw the ad on Instagram and decided to join. The many things I learnt from the course were truly valuable. And the social self community is really great too. For me this is not the end of my journey just the beginning.
