Easy to understand bute sized videos with very practical advice

Very helpful course in short videos. I actually am fairly social and don't have trouble interacting with people from a variety of backgrounds and in different situations. I don't have problems starting conversations with strangers either. However, so much info in this course helped me shift my actions and my awareness so that I could think about what it is that I wanted in engaging with other people (my motivation). It helped me get out of the "always the listener mode" with some people. Also, there are definitely situations in which I don't have confidence or feel anxious, and the course helped highlight why that might be and what to do about it. I also found that reading other people's comments raised my awareness into what others might be thinking and feeling and that increased my empathy.

well beside all the knowledge that i acquired from the course, i really like the clever way of putting real life examples for the exercises being realistic about the topic and how face them.
