I like the portal where I can easily upload content. Sometimes the content editors need to do a better job with posting the content in a manner that looks pleasing to the eye. Sometimes the content is in a long paragraph format instead of bullet points which are more attractive. And sometimes the voice of the content creator is cut off. But overall, I am pleased with the product.

They do great edits and have been creating lots of content for me for a very fair price. Sometimes though the turnaround timing can be frustrating. Would highly recommend!
