Mary did a good job answering my questions

Mary was very informative and reassured me delivery of my posts and videos. She also told me about the new proactive marketing campaign you have going on.

Was going to cancel, but Mary was understanding and managed to convince me to stay on. Something that almost never happens with me.

So, this is a company that will help real estate brokers get the most out of the social media platforms. I create most of the educational content (ideas, scripts, etc) for our channels, and it was time consuming to edit the videos for each of the platforms. Their platform allows for feedback, revisions, and eventually getting those posts up on the platform of choice. Also, having a scheduling solution is a key part of the value for us. We just started, but so far we've been able to create a couple of posts and it is a huge time saver. We have had some hiccups, but that is not unusual in any "creative" situation. We were able to work through the issues with support (April especially), and they are willing to connect on the phone or online to make things right. We also had a great discussion with some of the "higher ups" and they took our ideas and suggestions on how to improve the platform to heart. Looking forward to really digging in.

Apple was very helpful and went over the process in detail.

Great onboarding call

This is exactly what I have been looking for someone to edit and post my content without much input from me so I can continue focusing on maintaining my existing business which is what matters most.

Not being a tech-savvy person I feel like as soon as I have the system down this service will be invaluable to me as a real estate agent. It is still a work in progress but the support staff have been excellent to work with and I am definitely improving with every video I upload!!
