Isn't really bad right now, specifically Emma and Ryan they promise me they going work with my account, she's just send me a message that if I want I can cancel my account, that's answer they have now when asked what's going with my account,I guess they make all the money poor customer service. I will not recommend this company going really bad.

I've been burned by other companies promising things they ultimately couldnt produce and ive been scammed as well. But my experience with Social Growth Engine couldnt be more pleasant. They delivered everything they promised and their customer support is on point! I'm completely happy with my choose and im glad i found these guys. their prices are reasonable too. dont hesitate contact these guys asap. i was wrong. disregard this message. same bs excuses why it isnt working properly. pleas for discounts go unanswered.

I have tried the service for 5 months now and they didn't do as they advertise. First of all, you have to know that they repeatedly send you email stating they will give you lifetime free subscription if you write a review on trustpilot, about them ... How honest do you think all the positive reviews are, since all people here hope to get lifetime free service, in exchange of a really good review...? I don't think it is very ethical and honest such way of having reviews on this website. And it's not the ambassador program they also write you about, they email you, with a garantee of a lifetime discount in exchange of a review!!! Second: they will INDEED deliver (some) followers, howerver in quantity, not quality. Meaning your account will follow countless WEIRD dubious account not related to your field! In order to have follow for follow, except everyone will unfollow you shorly after! For example, I have asked them many times, not to do the "follow-unfollow" so much! They proceed by following THOUSANDS of shady accounts, and then unfollow them based on their engagement, yet you are still left with so many annonying spammy accounts. I also ask them not to follow spammy/shady account so much, and not to follow any account displaying any violence, WITHOUT any success. They have my account follow people who display guns, fights, strong alcoholic drinks, smokers, and so on! People who I would NEVER follow myself since my account is about HEALTHYLIFESTYLE! So they make me look like a HUGE FAKE. As they don't get it and don't see why it is a problem, they are not different from apps that can do the same work - except apps can do it for much cheaper! I found it EXTREMELY difficult to talk to them! I first thought that bots were answering me (but they said it is real people, wow...). You have to send several emails and they took days (like 5 days or more) to answer. They reply with an automatic answer not related to your problem and not solving it. And they still NOT change what is bothering you. Also, for some reasons, somes weeks,you don't have any groth at all, and they won't refund you stating you targeting is not good enough... What is the most upsetting is that it could be a really great service, if they could just LISTEN and adapt to our needs (example: NOT follow certain type of account, like how difficult would that be???), so we could focus in posting and hashtaging instead of worry how bad/fake/shady our follower base will look. BECAUSE here is the thing: your followers/followings will look so BAD and FAKE! The growth you get is very fickle and fragile: many people unfollow you EVERYDAY (because of the lame follow-unfollow thing), and they have to make your account follow EVEN MORE accounts, to keep it slightly growing. That means that when you stop their service, your followers base will just shrink within some days! So: if you don't care about paying them forever and that you follow more people than you are followed, and that your follower base look so fake: then go for it! EDIT: Ooooh! And you know what? After sending me countless email for trying to win me back, they reported my review as fake and ask truspilot to erase as just like many other reviews EXCEPT I could prove I bought their services (and regret the money I spend on them). What kind of company does THAT??? Have you see how many reviews are reported!!! People: keep your invoice info, copy of email, copy of account!!!! You will need them when they will report you as "fake" just because you didn't write a good review!!!

Purchased monthly service of Instagram Growth Engine. Wasted money!!! It's all about the follow & unfollow game. Gain 10 followers but following 700 random people on Instagram, now have to spend more time on unfollowing them. No engagement no likes nothing at all.

So i thought i'd sign up to this service thinking i would be getting a great network based following for my instagram account, Well after being on this for a week i cannot wait to have it removed from my profile. Ok so the bad points When using the service you will notice a post that you will hit the like button then you will see the same post for around 48hrs over and over again this was happening everyday. I gave a list for accounts that i found of interest for my account and only about 1% of what i asked for showed up all the rest of the followers was not anything to do with my profile in fact i have lost around 200 and gained not that many. Also if you look at the new followers you with find they are all muted after being on this for a week i cannot wait to have my instagram back to normal with my normal posts from my main users and it really does slow your profile a lot. find it hard to believe you can gain 10K within a few months it really is not a great service and to try and speak to someone is virtually impossible it may work for some but i can definitely say not for me which leaves me to try and search for anther service to grow my account for profiles that i have asked for UPDATE - I Have my instagram back to normal i can now see my regular followers and updates and no more red bar across my page or muted followers... on top on that i did have 5000 followers & when signing up to his lost around 3500, Now i not saying this was down to using this service but as there are millions of accounts world wide mine was picked along with others to have almost half my instagram wiped out. the 24hours helpline is there but is not always answered in the time frame and you could be waiting hours for a reply i did however get offered a refund on for my purchase which is a good thing i suppose but serlously think long and hard about using this type of service if you value you instagram account and put the work in yourself rather than have a company ruin your account.

I made a purchase with social growth for my Pinterest account. After about 2 weeks of them working on my account the boards they were pinning in wasn’t relevant to the theme along with no account following activities. Not being happy with the results I contacted them to cancel my subscription and to be refunded on October 4th. I was told it may take 3-10 business days to get a refund. I emailed a few nights ago and no response to where my refund is. Not happy with the outcome of this company... or maybe they just suck with Pinterest. Either way, don’t take my money for terrible service and not reply to my emails.

Honestly, I was hopeful, but my experience was really bad, they never answer my emails on time nor answer my questions. I have to ask a question at least four times to get a response. I cancel my services and my account is out of control, I asked for a refund and they are not able to confirm if they actually process the response. The worst part of all is that they requested on my behalf thousands (literally) of requests to follow and now my account is following 2K people, way above my followers. It is a nightmare for me.
