Very sketchy company from the beginning. We purchased their Instagram Growth Engine product. Their ads and website claim your page/business will have a dedicated Account Manager that works on your page daily. Direct quote from their site: Growth Experts: Each day account managers perform many tasks in order to organically grow your audience. All you have to do is continue to provide great content. We will do the rest. Upon signing on for their 'service' we received an emails stating they had 24/7 service. This is not true. None of this is remotely true. They did absolutely nothing for our page. We had to reach out to them multiple times due to zero activity on our page since we purchased their service on September 30th. Each time we contacted them via email, we got an email from "Will" stating he was locked out of our page for 24 hours and you will now see activity moving forward. It NEVER happened. Furthermore, why do we have to reach out? Why doesn't our 'account manager' know nothing is happening? Could it be because they aren't doing anything?? After each email, Instagram warned us (each time!) that someone was trying to log into our account from Los Angeles on a Samsung device and other times from Australia! It was clear they were doing nothing and suddenly logged into our account after we had to contact them. NOTE: there are three cartoon guy faces on their support chat that never answer... but the site says they have offices in the U.S., U.K. and Australia. Our solid guess: this company is three young guys who think they are social media experts trying to create a business living in different countries. But they deliver NOTHING. These types of businesses are being encouraged on Youtube and all over social media and it looks like we ran into one with Social Growth Engine. Please save yourself the grief, do not fall for their catchy Instagram ads. They did NOTHING for us and then disappeared. They were dishonest with us from the day we signed up. And, as is the case with many dishonest or lost people, they hid from us; disappeared. We are in contact with our bank now. AVOID this company, there is evidence it is a scam for many people.

UPDATE: Customer representatives have reached out to give their services another try in order to rectify my bad experience with them so as of about 3 days ago I purchased the exact same package which is 500 likes per post. After about 2 days off purchase I made a test post to see how well their services have changed since my last experience. As of right now it has been 23 hrs since the post was made with barely any looked from external sources and the number of likes do not add up to 500 even with a few hundred likes coming from my own followers. After 8 hrs of posting I contacted customer service and he said he was going to fix it but we're almost a day into it and he has not responded back to my lack of services still so it seems like he said might have lied about fixing the problem in order to drum up business or to avoid further interaction with the customer. Either way services are still not working so I STRONGLY do not recommend using their services just yet. Like I said when it did work original for the first few posts from my first purchase it was great and I think the company has a lot of potential however right now you'll be paying a company to do a whole lot of nothing for you. Original Review: As of right now I have to give them a 1 out of 5. I've tried they're Like Exchange subscription for almost a weeks now. Not only does their subscription barely work, their customer service takes a few days to get back to you when on their site it says expect a reply in 30 mins or less. In a weeks and 4 posts plus numerous customer service complaints, NONE of my posts have gotten the likes I purchased. They gave the excuse that Instagram changed their algorithm but would always say I'll get my likes in a few hours. Days would pass with barely any likes. For $40 a month you get about 30 likes from their company per post. I've even used other companies like Skweezer and Popery who are rated lower and they were able to get likes to my page almost instantly. Social Growth Engine could not deliver even though they promised time and time again. I've asked for a refund if this continues and no reply. I've asked if my subscription is going to run again in 3 more weeks even though they haven't really given me much service in the first week and they didn't reply. I would give them a 5 out of 5 because the likes you get from them are from real accounts with more than just a few pics plus they have actual followers. Unlike Skweezer, Buzzoid, or all the other companies I've tried who have really bad accounts with no profile pic or pictures liking your posts, Social Growth Engine actually has quality. However if the service barely works or only works after you've posted something 5-7 days later then it's rather pointless. I'm sure if the service worked as it is started on their site I can understand exactly why they have such high reviews but as of right now from what I've seen, it's not living up to par with what they used to service. At first their customer service representatives were very quick to respond but now it takes them at least 2 days to get back to you. I've yet to even see the basic 300 likes in 30 mins from their services. However taking your money, locking in your subscription, and slowly trying to not respond back to you like most other companies such as Buzzoid loves to do to you may not be their game. Unlike Buzzoid the customer service representatives are extremely polite for the most part. There was only 1 representative that seemed to want to brush me off as quick as possible with very short and vague replies. I'll update this review later on if they ever fix subscription or if I have to further continue with my request for a refund. Either way I have screenshots and emails to prove everything to the bank so as of right now, I highly suggest staying away from this company as it's over of the least producing social media marketing companies I've ever had the pleasure of testing and reviewing. If you'd like to see my other reviews by all means look then up. I hope it helps anyone trying to use these kinds of services recently.

I wrote a very positive review for these guys a few months back but having tried for 2 months to resolve a problem I've had to change that. To be fair everything worked fine (with regular nudging as growth does frequently tend to slow down) until the end of May when insta applied some updates limiting the number of follows in a month. Since then, despite literally dozens of promises and commitments SGE have achieved nothing - what's worse tho as I understand it might be tough to update the process is their total lack of proactive communication, slow response and now total ignoring of messages since I have complained and cancelled. They owe me a refund which I think I will only get by pursuing through my bank, have given no response or apology to my complaint yet still send me unsolicited emails trying to get me to sign back up. Overall a poorly run business who now appear unable to deliver growth in a way that complies with Instagram's rules - avoid!!

Try this for a week no result then I am trying to get my money back still no answer for a day now and still waiting when it says they will answer within a hour. I gain literally 0 follower the only thing they did was liking 3 posts I wish I could post a pic. I do understand there might be a new algorithm and whatever Instagram is cutting down on 3rd app party but in this case why even putting a service? If you are not going to deliver. Update. They did refund me my money on the positive note. Good luck to you all. New update again. Please do not send me fake followers if you guys are sending something I appreciate the effort but I would rather not. Are you guys trying to kill my Instagram ?

Overall just bad service and product. My first interactions with support via the chat on the website sent unnoticed and unresponsive for more than 2 days. All other communication usually took a good amount of time for a response. After taking a couple days to get them setup with my account the targeting didn't seem to be what I said I was looking for and very little interaction was done on their behalf. I lost a good amount of the steam I had been making and instead of continuing to gain followers I actually lost a few. I decided to cut ties because I was told they were slowly gaining a trust score but my account went at least 2 days without any interaction on their behalf. At this point I decided to cut my losses. I'm still trying to find out if they will give me a refund while I get the run around the last few days. Save your time and money and stay away from this service. It may be good if they get their act together.

I agree run as fast as you can my account was jeopardized and I had to call my card to get them to stop changing me after the account was closed I will admit for the first couple of months is was premium but as the years update begin to roll out they cannot keep up and this seems to be the case across the board... join a mastermind group and get it with sweat equity save your mom

WARNING! I used this service for two months. Constant "issues" with Instagram is their excuse for not delivering the numbers they mention in their plans. The likes are constantly lower than what you pay for. They do not offer any money back or reduce payment despite not hitting their numbers on each post. You WILL NOT get any "organic" following" despite any targeting information you give them. Your following may slightly increase but it will be because of a number of random accounts that will do nothing for your business and garner zero true interaction. AND THE WORST PART is you will read more than one review here that says they have lost their Instagram accounts due to their methods of getting you those likes and follows...and THIS IS TRUE. My business account was suspended due to whatever idiotic way they try to create these numbers and that is a catastrophic thing as we rely on social media marketing for our sales. On top of that, their site says they respond in under an hour...but suddenly when you contact them about the fact you've lost your account...you get no reply whatsoever. They go silent. SAVE YOUR MONEY! SAVE YOUR ACCOUNT!
