I purchased the Pro Social Engine Growth package and was bitterly disapointed. I got 10 followers over three weeks. Is that worth £109?? I cancelled the account and demanded a refund for the lack of service. The service got cancelled but no mention of a refund or a sorry that we couldnt help you etc. Poor Poor Poor. I could have spent that on FB Ads and got a massive result for that price. Waste of time and money.

This service is the biggest scam ever!! They promised 50-100 follower a day. After the 1st week, I expressed concern over no growth. They said they needed a week to get it going. Alright, sounds reasonable. We'll, instagram has flagged the account 3 times in a month and locked the account for 8 days. Our total growth? 230 followers in 30 days. A far cry from the 1500 promised. With every email I sent, I received excuses. No action. I've ask for a refund, since they claim the service is not a scam. Let's see how that turns out. Bottom line is, I did not get what I paid for at all. I did,however, get a ton of frustration. I should sue for damages.

Hi Erin, As we stated on your Facebook review, we give an estimation of 50 followers per day, all accounts are different. It's why we have a 30 day money back guarantee and not a performance based guarantee. I am glad your account saw some growth, on review of your account it's a difficult account to grow, that being said you are operating a minor's account whose interest targeting is around ghosts. Any targeting that is not based at other minors makes it difficult to grow in this instance as targeting "Ghosts" will attract all age groups and many will not likely follow a minor's page, the process is organic and can require some adjustment to get the right results consistently. It's not a silver bullet, we still require relevant, engaging, timely content, so the people we get to look at your account actually follow and engage, I apologise if this was not clearer. From what I can see our team processed a partial refund based on this performance.

These guys keep getting worst as time passes lol its so weird, every time i try them thinking they improved their service and customer service , i find out both are even worst, they just keep offering new services but can’t even back it up. BIG RIP OFF never again.

UPDATE: since my first review- they have inundated trust pilot with FAKE bot reviews. So that my review was not the latest! Honestly! They are so bad! PLEASE Stay away from this company!! SCAM! :( I am actually so disappointed , I honestly thought this would be good for my brand. I had high hopes with all the lies that were told to me from someone on Social growth IG. They made it sound so legit! I cant afford to be throwing money around for no reason I am so upset they scammed me. Instead of the “100% organic growth“ “real“ followers they promise, you get fake likes and fake follows, then all of a sudden you lose loads of followers. I gave a specific targeted audience for them to focus on as they asked, I didnt get any actual real people from my targeted audience Follow me and the ones they followed on my behalf to get them to follow me back, were wierd spam accounts - alot of them were only people who “follow for follow“ or are fake. They give you so many excuses whenever you question them about anything. Like the using the US election as an excuse was one of them. I had to contact them mutltiple times a day to get them to do something .... Anything! What a waste of time and money. I have noticed they like to put the blame back on customers in a condescending way, so I am waiting to see how they flip my review back on me. I have all my correspondance with them as proof of all the issues I have had, the failure of their products and lies they tell. I asked for a refund which they refused and now have blocked me. I havent even finished my full month! So I am having to file a complaint with consumer rights now to get my money back. I told them I wanted to cancel but they still charged me a second month without my consent. It was such a mess, such a scam. I am just so dissapointed, they must take joy in scamming hopeful small businesses like myself. Just so wrong! Please stay away!!!

Please do not use! Their YouTube service sounded amazing and just what I needed to boost my SEO. First up the instant action was not instant - over a day later I had to contact them to ask why I wasn't getting their views. Likes Per Video were stated to be 25 - 50 Likes, nope didn't get those. Well I did get a few to start with but then they dropped off indicating to me that that they are likely bots and not real accounts. This was not denied by Social Growth when questioned, they told me they would check the filters their manager is using to avoid low quality likes. Errr, why are there low quality likes in the first place?! But the thing that actually made it damaging to my SEO was that the view duration was seconds not the 80-90% guaranteed as stated. In fact I had to contact them to say that 23 seconds of 8.27 minute video is not 90% view duration. Vid IQ had shown that I was indexing in search but this quickly dropped off due to the poor view durations. I cancelled my subscription service and asked for a refund. I was advised that my refund request was sent to management for approval which takes 24-48 hours. Once approved I will see the refund in your account within 5-10 business days. Guess what, over a couple of months later, nothing.Nobody bothered to contact me. So I questioned it and was told it had been denied because they don't offer refunds for their YouTube service. Probably because everyone would be asking for one I imagine! Plus the whole point is that I didn't get that service. Unless they refund me I will be reporting to trading service as I feel I have been scammed out of what is a lot of money for me. Also be weary of positive reviews. I used their Instagram growth service in the past which worked amazingly for the first few months but then went downhill rapidly with no new followers and many of the followers I had gained dropping off so hardly any benefit what so ever. I cancelled that service (no refund for the months I got no followers) - I know I should have learnt but I got sucked in by the 'guaranteed' and 'genuine YouTube accounts' which was then stated on their website. I have received emails in the past to say if I leave a positive review `i will get a chance to win free services so again surely this is against trading standards?

My Instagram account was flagged and deleted withing 48 hours of signing up with Social Growth Engine. Horrible. I had thousands of followers and friends that I completely lost contact with. Seriously terrible. Customer Service said it was a "standard thing" and my account would be restored within 24 hours but it wasn't, it just disappeared.... I will change this review of my account is reinstalled but as of now I feel scammed, betrayed, and victimized...

Paid for their IG growth engine. No actions made, no growth whatsoever. The only day it looked like they did anything I was actually locked out of my account and forced to change my password. Tried to leave a review on their site and they deleted it. Contacted their support weekly for a month and was told again, and again they were optimizing and I would see growth within a few days. None of that ever happened. Truly the worst IG tool I've ever used. Lost 100+ followers gained none that weren't organic.

No Engagement! The first week I was signed up consist Of y’all trying to connect to my profile and getting disconnected. I was told everything was connected and going two weeks ago, I’ve still seen no engagement. I pretty much gave away $39.99 in the middle of a pandemic. I could’ve spent my money on something more important like my infant sons Baby formula. Will not be a returning customer.
