Awesome customer service! Anytime I had a question, they emailed me back right away! I’m not a very tech savvy person, I’m new to Instagram, they helped me get a head start!

Having been a customer for a number of months I only have good things to say. As I read some reviews I think there is a miss understanding about how things work or at least can work. Let me explain: 1. They use follow method with a twist. Firstly it’s optional, you can grow using other methods if this isn’t right for you. But when using this method with Social Growth Engine, the unfollow method is what matters, it’s based on the users they follow that actually engage. If I have a follower who is liking and commenting that came from the growth engine then they won’t unfollow. This is very important to keep followers who are fans of your content. 2. Targeting is everything and we didn’t get it right the first time. We were getting about 20 per day, but half were wrong. After trial and error we get about 80 a day which 90% are the correct audience. This is what matters most, they engage with users, if the targeting is wrong then you’ll gain the wrong audience. Get it right and you’ll be very happy they exist. 3. Finally, content. Social Growth Engine gets more people to look at you. If you're not posting great content and engaging with the new followers then you won’t see the results. We learnt this the hard way by getting lazy and it really effected our results, once we got back to great content the results improved. In summary, it’s a great service. If it’s not meeting your expectations you need to ensure your actually putting out great content to the right audience. Which sounds easy and straight forward but many get it wrong.
