Had some issues when moved from Social Growth Engine to Social Growth Labs, it took a while to get everything resolved but it seems that we are now on the right path and misunderstanding seem to be cleared up. I would suggest them to improve the communication with clients as the current system can get very frustrating with a huge amount of emails being exchanged, between too many different people.
