Very disappointed with Social Champ I’ve scheduled posts three days ago and none of them have been published. Their support only keeps telling me that the issue has been “escalated to the technical team,” while I just have to wait. This is a total waste of time and extremely frustrating. If you rely on timely post scheduling, beware — their platform cannot be trusted.

I have an affiliate account with them, opened it almost 1 year ago. At the beginning everything went fine, they did pay the commission to me, but since the beginning of the year they stopped replying to me and stopped paying me my commission. I have been trying to get in touch with them for more than half of year- no results. Such a scam!!!

THEY DON'T HAVE LIVE SUPPORT , EVEN NOT PHONE CALL SUPPORT . AT THEIR WEBSITE THEY HAVE SOME SOME BUGS , BUT MOBILE APPS ? SUCKSSS LIKE BROWSING FROM SAFARI ... I FINISHED THE TRAIL AND I HAD REGISTERED THE CREDIT CARD , THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND THEIR WEBSITE IS STILL ASKING FOR MONEY SOO I DONT KNOW HOW THIS WEBSITE EXISTS AND GET RECOMMENDED BY SOME PEOPLE .

This is a difficult thing for me to write due to the amount of time wasted with them. Everyone has different needs when picking a tool. I only had one single need when picking a scheduling app that worked with X (Twitter). Unlimited calendar scheduling in the future. They gave me a demo. I checked reviews. I asked several times. Then I looked on their website and found THREE different places where they said, in writing, for the $29/month plan. They allowed UNLIMITED schedule posting. UNLIMITED. So, I spent literally weeks scheduling posts. When I hit 4,000, they cut me off. Saying that was the limit and I should now delete posts if I wanted to schedule more. This is a warning for others. It seems to me that what they write on their website, say in text, and speak on the phone cannot, in my opinion and experience, be trusted. I could not be more disappointed. When I sent them back THREE separate screenshots of the advertising unlimited scheduling, they sent me back an email - here's the copy/paste: _____ I just heard back from my technical team. You may have reached your maximum limit for the scheduled post i. e., 4000. Which is the reason you have to face the issue. I would suggest you to please try to delete some of the posts in order to schedule the new ones, or wait for the already scheduled ones to get published first. I'll appreciate your understanding. Absolutely trash customer support. I upgraded to the Business plan for $99 a month, 2 days later I came to the conclusion Socialchamp Business plan could not facilitate my needs because their automatic poster for pinterest was bugged, and this was exactly what I needed, so I asked for a refund. Not only was the refund refused and dragged on over a period of 30 days, I was charged AGAIN for $99. And the funniest part is, if you want to DOWNGRADE your plan to the $30 plan you HAVE TO PAY IT IN ADVANCE. Incapable support team. ''Yeah just downgrade you just have to pay $30'' The instagram scheduler works great, but the support team is not worth mentioning, im so frustrated, just blatantly stealing your money.

worst social media management tool in existence. I am a web developmer and digital marketing specialist. I work with social media and marketing automation software. I couldnt even get it to connect to the correct accounts!! auto pulls up my personal accounts and has no way of looking for my professional accounts, no way to just log in to the account you want. no you have to "choose from the list" but the list only has my personal accounts even though the add instagram business page is what I selected it only lets me choose from my personal accounts. super glitchy! there is a reason this is $10-$26 a month...and everything else is 10 times the price. because this is trash and there is no support at all...just straight flaming poop smelling heap of garbage...id go as far as to say this is most definitely a scam

Had an account for 2 months. After using it does not do what we really want it to. I cancelled the subscription and they put my account back to a free account straight away even though i only paid 4 days ago for the next 30 days. Support is terrible. No reply to live chats. In short they will take your money and not allow you to use what you paid for until the end date.
