the second after my order was done the followers started unfollowing me. and now i literally don’t have any followers from my order on my account anymore. i got scammed. i wouldn’t order from a place that strictly says “pay more than 100 dollars and your followers will stay AFTER the order is done” ….

Hey Jaden, I’m really sorry you went through that. It looks like you made a purchase from socialboosting.com (not socialboost.co). We don’t sell followers - We grow your account organically with a genuine audience. Please reach out to socialboosting.com and if they don't reply, contact your bank for a refund. If you want to grow your account organically, we'd love to help you. Please feel free to reach out any time :) Holly

I reached out to customer service for 3 days for help and I’ve gotten no response
Response from Social BoostJan 5, 2026
Hey Chontae, I’m really sorry you’ve had this experience, that must’ve been so frustrating. Over the New Year, our support team was working reduced hours, but the longest delay we had in replies was around 2 hours. We’ve checked our system and couldn’t find any messages or account under your name, so it’s likely this was meant for a different company. If you reach out to us on live chat via our website, we’ll be happy to look into it and help you figure out which company you were trying to reach. We’re here to help however we can. Wishing you a happy year ahead, Holly

Aren't you ashamed of yourselves for stealing money from people like this? A complaint has already been filed, and you're supposed to be good administrators! You all deserve to go to jail!

Hi Alessio, We understand your frustration, but unfortunately, this is beyond our control. I’ve checked the details you provided, and it appears you’re actually dealing with a different service altogether. We’re happy to help you identify the right company. If you can send over a screenshot of the charge (feel free to block out any personal information), we can review it and help point you in the right direction. You can reach us via live chat at www.socialboost.co , or reply to my email. I’ll be happy to assist. Holly

Stay away from this company. This is a scam. During the first month, they repeatedly claimed they were unable to log in and therefore could not provide the service. I gave them my correct login details. Despite this, I was still charged for a service I never received, which contradicts basic consumer rights. I requested cancellation of my subscription, and they confirmed it had been canceled. However, I was later charged again without authorization. This is unacceptable and highly misleading business conduct. I am now seeking legal advice regarding this matter. Beware of this company.

Hi Sam, I’m really sorry to hear about what you’ve been through. It must be incredibly frustrating. If we were unable to connect to your account for any reason, our team must have issued a refund. Could you please double-check to make sure it was us? There is another company with a similar name, so it’s possible there was a mix-up. We also offer a money-back guarantee, even if the service was delivered, so this is truly surprising to hear. I couldn’t find your name in our system, so if you still believe it was with us, please jump on live chat, and I’ll look into it right away to figure out what went wrong and make it right for you. We’re here to support you, so please reach out whenever you're ready. Kind regards, Catherine

HORRIBLE they send me multiple emails AFTER I paid the website $30 about needing a picture of my ID or DEBIT CARD in order to let the purchase be successful. SCAMMMM
Response from Social BoostDec 2, 2025
Hi Jane, I’m really sorry to hear you had that kind of experience - that definitely doesn’t sound right. We never ask our clients for photos of their ID or debit card. It sounds like this might be a mix-up with another company. We’re Social Boost (www.socialboost.co ), and we help people grow their Instagram with organic engagement. We don't offer any plans for $30. You might’ve meant to review a different company (possibly “Social Boosting”). If so, we’d recommend contacting them directly and reporting the charge to your bank. If you still think this was us, please reach out through our website so we can help figure it out. Holly
Nifaun
Followers are robotic
Response from Social BoostNov 19, 2025
Hi Nifaun, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I just checked with the team, and we don’t have any clients under your name. Also, to clear things up, we don’t sell followers or use bots. Everything we do is organic and done by real people using the Instagram app. It sounds like your experience might’ve been with a different company - there’s one called Social Boosting that sells followers and often gets confused with us. Totally get how easy that mix-up is! I’d suggest reaching out to them directly. If you think we might still be the right team, feel free to drop us a message at www.socialboost.co so we can look into it for you. Kind regards, Holly

Worst service I tried. Paid for VIP followers- not only half of those followers unsubscribed within a week, but customer support does not even reply. And if you are leaving a one star review on their website, they have a script to slow down the speed of typing up the review.
Response from Social BoostNov 13, 2025
Hi Georgii, I'm so sorry to hear about this. It looks like your review is for socialboosting.com (they have a similar name to us, and sell a "VIP Followers" package). I would recommended reporting the transaction to your bank and getting a refund from them. If you're looking to grow real followers organically, please reach out to us at socialboost.co. Best wishes, Catherine.
