SocialBeeReviews of socialbee.io

Fast Response To Questions, Patient, Resourceful & Overdelivered. I will first start by saying that when it comes to writing a review - I typically opt out. I was compelled to share my experience working with Ramon Chiriac. I reached out to them to ask for help in how to read the analytics to my posts. The response was within the same day, scheduling time with them was seamless and Ramon went above and beyond in explaining how to read the analytics on each of my channels and how to use that to inform my strategy. I would have considered the request closed but as he was reviewing my settings he also made recommendations on how to best optimize the scheduler for best results and shared with me the location of our files. I was truly appreciative of his patience esp. since I'm not the most savvy social person. For any solo=prenaurs and CEO (Chief Everything Officer) def. provides and effiecent way to post across channels.

This makes posting to social media so much easier! Saves time AND money because I don't have to pay someone else to post for me.

We've been using SocialBee for the past 1.5 years and are extremely happy with their platform, services, and especially their customer service/customer success teams. The dashboard can be a little overwhelming at first, but their walkthroughs and guided videos are super helpful and it becomes clear very quickly how comprehensive and customizable the platform is. We've tried multiple other social media management platforms for our startup, and this one is far superior to the rest. Especially with the on-platform analytics, integrated Ai, versioning for different posts, and the customizable way SocialBee is set up, it makes it incredibly easy for a small team to maintain impactful and consistent social media content and engagement across multiple platforms, users, and workspaces — especially for different teams working under the same brand. The best part is their team — their response time, answer clarity, helpful assistance (including making a couple features higher on the dev priority list), and the friendliness of the team has made it worth every penny. 10/10 across the board!

Really solid platform and excellent customer service. We dealt with Ramon and he super understanding of our issues and was helpful in resolving them. This is one of the best products for social media management out there. Definitely recommended.

They make my job so much easier with integrations and scheduling options.

What a great company! Renata and Julia have proven to be trustworthy, smart, caring and they do an excellent job with us. We tried other social media posting agencies before finding SocialBee and we had to cancel them because they were actually embarrassing our company. SocialBee has everything we were looking for. We wanted to approve our posts before they go out and they have a user friendly dashboard system for this. Most importantly, they make posts that are very good for us. We like the images they create with text and the strong call to actions. The service is excellent! They continue to learn more about our company and industry and the posts are becoming even more significant. Whenever we have questions, they get back to us fast. The feeling we get with SocialBee is that they want to do a brilliant job for us...and they do! We recommend them to other businesses we know.
