Their app goes down often, the support staff takes weeks to fix the issues and when you complain they do not care. I lost business because of their slow response time and app constantly crashing. Would not recommend!

Excellent platform! Excellent customer service and support to guide you through what you need. Really intuitive and makes hours and hours of work into minutes

NICE people but the platform is a mess. For the month I used it, posting onto instagram didnt work. I also paid more than €400 for 1 month of a concierge service and was not impressed with the quality of work and very poor communication skills.

The platform is frustrating to use and not ready for serious social media management. Frequent hiccups and downtimes disrupt basic operations, with features becoming unavailable far too often. The absence of a search function is a major oversight and makes content management unnecessarily difficult. Overall, the system feels poorly designed and illogical for running end-to-end social media publishing. Significant improvements are needed in both stability and usability.

When SocialBee's scheduled posts went through to our platforms, link thumbnails would always mess up and not show images correctly, which made us look unprofessional. Also, SocialBee functions off a wide array of less-than-helpful AI features that dominate the workspace, making scheduling more confusing and complicated than it needs to be. (And with everything coming out now about the environmental/social tolls of AI usage, seeing AI this heavily used on our vendor platform has begun to feel more concerning and ethically gray.) Wish this was the scheduler for us, but it just hasn't turned out to be.

Signed up for a trial. Didn't do what I wanted it to do and what it indicated it did do, which is fine. But, they make impossible to cancel free trial.

Absolutely the BEST customer service support in the industry! This is the most efficient posting tool, easy to use, very straightforward for the newest newbie!

Social Bee has been enormously helpful in getting consistent, ongoing posts to all my social media channels. They give in-person (real person) customer service which is important to me. Thank you!
