After reviewing your order, it appears that the package was unfortunately lost in transit by the carrier. While this is rare, it can happen, and we truly regret the experience you had. We also apologize for the difficulty reaching us and for the delay in follow up. That is not the level of service we aim to provide. Because carriers do not automatically notify us when a package is lost, we rely on customers to let us know if an order has not arrived so we can investigate and resolve it as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to proactively confirm delivery on every individual order without being notified. At this point, we are more than happy to make this right by either sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, whichever you prefer. For officially licensed USMNT customized jerseys, production is handled by the authorized provider, and while we do our best to give accurate timelines, these custom orders can occasionally take longer than expected. That said, we agree with you that clearer communication and setting better expectations upfront is something we can and should improve. Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us, and it helps us refine how we communicate turnaround times before and after orders are placed.
