The material was not worth the money at all. I ordered the same one 4 years ago and thinking I will get the same material but when I get my order I regret ordering because of the cheap material

I ordered a custom Portugal jersey with…
I ordered a custom Portugal jersey with a name and was told the turnaround time would be 3–4 weeks. It has now been 7 weeks, and I have not received my order. Despite calling almost every week to follow up, I’ve been given repeated false delivery estimates. This item was intended as a birthday gift over a month ago, and the lack of communication and delays have been extremely frustrating. Never ordering again from this store

For official national team jerseys, including Portugal, all custom name and number orders must be produced by the official licensed provider. While we do our best to communicate the estimated turnaround time, these custom orders are made to order and occasionally take longer than expected due to production or supply delays outside of our control. We did communicate this possibility during the ordering process, but we understand that the extended wait and shifting delivery estimates were disappointing. That said, we take full responsibility for the experience you had and for the frustration caused by the delay.
