Hi Kristin, We’re sorry you feel this way. We do want to clarify what happened, as the details matter. The email you contacted us about in April, was regarding the SPRING promotional code. When you reached out, we explained that the code had been active through the end of the sale, but had already expired by the time you attempted to use it as we could view on your website activity log. We also verified that the code had been working properly for customers throughout the promotion. Rather than simply telling you that the code could no longer be used, we offered an alternative: redeeming your many accumulated reward points for the same savings. Our rewards program allows customers to receive sale level savings even when a promotional code is no longer active. We’re always happy to help troubleshoot a code that isn't working, but an expired code is different from a code that was never activated or was randomly malfunctioning. We simply wanted to clarify the circumstances for anyone reading this review. We do hope that we can make this up to you in the future with one of our many deep discounts we offer via sales and reward points!

Thank you so much for the thoughtful feedback Simon! 💚 We're glad you're happy with our selection, quality, and customer service. We also really appreciate the suggestion about providing more information on the different strains—that's genuinely helpful feedback, and we'll keep it in mind as we continue improving the site. Thank you for your support! 🌿😊
