Have used these guys on and off for years. Used to be very responsive, calling or texting if there was any issue. Most recently, I tried their extract shots, as they were low priced. No proper seal, just heat shrunk plastic. I purchased multiple times, and majority of bottles were leaky, having residue on the top and clearly coming underneath the plastic wrapper. When the plastic was removed, there was residue all over the bottles and the smell was pungent. This was definitely the majority of bottles. There wasn’t enough leaked to see a real drop in the volume of liquid, but crusty tops, stinky slimy bottles.. my concern was the lack of a seal rather than missing product. I asked if they manufactured them, they said not in house, did I have an issue with the shots? I explained to them the issue, included pictures, and said it makes me pretty uncomfortable if this product was from a third party and shows up consistently with leaking seals, and I would feel better if they were manufacturing themselves, even though a faulty seal would always be a concern.. and they never responded. I gave them a week to respond, before sending a follow up saying “ I guess I shouldn’t expect a response or any resolution at this point?” And they didn’t respond to that either. That was a few days ago. Sure I could wait longer for a response to my follow up about no response.. but considering it was over a week since I sent them pictures and concerns about the safety of their products, they had sufficient time to talk to me. I’m sure they will try to reach out now, but probably won’t bother reading any message from them, and I really doubt I will ever purchase anything else from them. My second order in a row that had issues and needed customer service, and their customer service is not what it used to be, where you feel they are really trying to help. Or in this case, even respond to safety concerns and visual evidence of their poor “safe packaging” protocol. Or I guess there is no packaging safety protocol for these extracts, otherwise they would have responded and addressed the issue before it could have legal consequences.

You're absolutely right to expect timely responses, especially when you're taking the time to share clear concerns with photos and detailed context. As you know from your recent complaints, we pride ourselves on timely responses. We regret not meeting that standard, while we forwarded these concerns to our warehouse manager and supplier . Regarding the extract shots, we are happy to report that these shots are 100% sealed effectively. The matter that you were concerned about on the bottles, is simply just glue from the labels. The caps have a built in gasket that creates an airtight seal for safety and to prevent any leakage.
