I have been a loyal customer of yours for over a year now and have recommended many of my friends to you as well. I order because of the same day shipping as advertised and receiving my order in 2-3 business days always. My last order was missing for a week and the shipping info was only telling me the order was still in colorado waiting to be scanned. I emailed and asked about it and the help and responses I got were extremely rude and completely unhelpful. I was told that I would "just have to wait like everyone else and there was nothing you could do to help me find out what was going on" and I was shocked. I still have not received my order and my tracking info says it was delivered two days ago now?

Hi Jonas, We are sorry you’re unhappy with the service you were given as we strive to provide great customer service. Right now there are major delays with USPS and since your order was not over 15 business days, we provided you with the same information we provided to all of our customers. Once the package leaves our facility it is out of our hands, and you must follow up with the USPS with the links you were provided. Once a package is over 15 business days, we are able to make the appropriate claim for a lost package. We tried reaching out via phone and email in regards to your claim that your package was not delivered even though the tracking does say it was on December 8th. Did you ever receive your package? If not, have you reached out to USPS for further information? We would love to rectify the situation and you can contact customer service at 719-638-7627 option 1, hope to hear from you soon!
