Hi Jonathan, thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately since visa and MasterCard have had a ban on the industry for a couple years now it has been hassle for us and our fellow industry members to provide a way to process cards that will not charge enormous fees and potentially cost their companies 100’s of thousand of dollars in lost revenue. This means that anytime we do have the ability to process cards, it may only be temporary unfortunately, until we are able to get another one. The good news is, we have a card processor currently and have for the last couple weeks. Hope this option will help you, and in turn help regain your trust in us.
