When the two items I ordered as gifts for twins would not fit into one shipping box, the company shipped them separately without charging me additionally. They also noted on the shipping label which box was for each twin so that the recipients could each unwrap the shipping boxes as well as the gift packages inside. That is a lot of personal service!
