Everyone that receives these warm buddies from me for their children absolutely love them. As for snuggles they are an excellent company. Excellent customer service! I ordered an item for which there was a discrepancy in the description on the website vs the item itself. The company not only fixed the website description immediately, they also offered to replace the piece that was not what I had expected. They got back to me right away with this solution. I would definitely recommend and order from them again.
