Hello Statton, Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that you didn't enjoy the course. We hope the narration and the videos were a huge help to you :) The timers are a regulation from the state of Utah, which means that in order to be able to offer the course, we need to have timers on each page. We're very sorry that it frustrated you and we will pass along your feedback to the state. If there's anything else we can do to help, don't be shy as we are always happy to help :) Lauriane

Hello Joel, Thank you so much for your great feedback. Unfortunately, the time requirements on each page are out of control as they are mandated by the state of Wisconsin. This means that in order to be able to offer this course, we have to follow these regulations. We hope you enjoyed the course overall and that the animations and narration were helpful to you. Please reach out to us if you need anything else, we're always happy to help. Regards. Lauriane
