I found the site a little hard to use and still cant print my certificate after completing the course

I had trouble getting my certificate to count with the state and the customer service agent, Harrison was less than not helpful. I plan on working to effectively cancel your good standing with Minnesota DNR

It was cool. Learned a few things I didn’t know.

Took the on-line course and passed the quizzes, Print Your Certificate link does not work.

Easy to read and follow.

I thought the course was very engaging and informative. It was also easy to navigate through.

Information was helpful and the course was visually and audibly informative making the learning process as well as ability to retain the knowledge easy and convenient.

This was very straight forward and it made it very easy to learn. Even though a lot of it is common sense.
