Ordered curtains on October 15, 2020, and paid for “Express” shipping (1-7 Days). It is now November 6, 2020, and after several emails to Snowcity, I still do not have my curtains! They have never been shipped even after emailing the company and being told they would be here in 7-12 days (although I paid $18.00 for 1-7 days) Now they are wanting to re-ship the curtains from another company instead of giving me a refund! After waiting this long and being lied to, I should get a refund and a free pair of curtains! Poor business management! They don’t even deserve 1 star!!!

I never take the time to write reviews but I definitely needed to after my experience. I am not writing a 1 star review because of the quality of their curtains but because of the quality of their customer service. I first paid an additional $20 for express shipping and after receiving it 2 weeks later from when I was supposed to, I asked for a refund on the express shipping. After spending over $100, customer service wanted to only reimburse me $10. After about 5 back and forth emails, customer service finally agreed to reimburse me the full amount of $20. That’s not the worst part.. The curtains ended up not working out so I contacted customer service again asking how to go about a return. Their response: “we will give you 50% refund and you can regift these curtains to a friend. Will you accept?” After explaining that I do not want to keep the curtains, they responded: “we will give you 75% back and you can keep the curtains. Will you accept?” I’m sorry but on their website it says “easy return” - this was anything but easy. After two more emails back and forth, customer service finally agreed to give me a full refund. It should not be that difficult! Horrible customer service

If I could give negative stars, I would. This is the absolute WORST experience I have ever had with a company. If you order curtains from Snow City Shop (a scam), expect cheap fabric & NO RETURNS. Even if they say you will receive a full refund after you pay to ship the curtains back to them, they will refuse to refund you. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM! Wasted $100 and a whole lot of time dealing with this. This scam should not be in business.

Ordered some panels and really liked the quality. Tried to order more and their customer service was terrible. Can't get them to call back. Their "live chat " is a joke.

I ordered curtains with top and bottom grommets for my back deck and they sent the wrong curtains( no bottom grommets). I have been trying for 5 days to get a hold of someone so I can send them back for a refund. At first I wanted to exchange them, now, with the horrible customer service, I just want my money back!

I ordered sheers from this company. They sent me 2 different colors. Instead of notifying me first that they didnt have the color i wanted. So I settled for the ones they had and told them to ship to me. I didnt receive the item for 2 weeks. So when I reach out to the them, they tell me that they've updated the colors and now they didnt have the ones i settled for. After changing my furniture to match with the sheers that I settled for. I do not think these have the right people working for them. There is a communication issue amongst the team members as well as between the customer service with their customers. Take you business else where. I usually do not right bad reviews for businesses but this was a nightmare and i do not want anyone else to go through this experience.

Ordered two curtain panels at the beginning of September 2020. Shipment was sent in a couple of days but only after checking the tracking did I find out that the package arrived at the shipper with no contents. Shipper reported this to the company on September 8. I have yet to receive an adequate response about reshipment or options for cancellation. Dealing with customer service is very challenging and to date has still not provided a plan to send me the requested items or issue a refund. Maybe documenting a dispute with the credit card company is the next step as the company has charged me for a product I have yet to receive

I tried to cancel so that I could reorder what I needed correctly being that I placed it wrong and they weren't understanding what I wanted. 10 emails later they kept asking me why and I already explained, they claimed they canceled but I haven't received a confirmation or anything. I won't replace order until I know its canceled.
