Scammers here. I paid $695 for promised real estate leads, but instead they sell their CRM and I never received the leads I was promised. I was contacted by people using US phone numbers and they are operating from India, and the company appears to frequently change its website/branding. Very disappointing experience—do your research before paying them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A SCAM!!! They will NOT return your money back after the 60 days as promised if you are not satisfied. I requested seller leads and they continue to send me wholesalers looking for off market properties. I've complained several times and now that 60 days have passed, they refuse to give me my money back and keep asking me to allow them 30 more days. I talked to Steve (offshore) initially and he provided his phone number but now refuses to call or text me back. Someone else always calls me back and they are also offshore. The contract says the owner is a Robert J Williams out of Berkely CA. BEWARE!!!!

BEWARE! “Mark Williams” from Snovio Referral sends out annoying and unwanted SPAM solicitation texts, despite being on the Federal Do Not Contact list. Reporting them to FTC for harassment! Their 5-star reviews on this site also all come from users with only ONE review, that’s SUSPICIOUS…

I joined up around June 6th and have not received a lead yet. They told me it would take 10 days?

I was skeptical because every company promises “quality leads.” What I found here is that while the leads aren’t endless, they are real people with intent. I had one slow month where I got barely anything, but the very next month I landed a closing that was worth it. That’s how this system works not perfectly, but consistent enough to grow your pipeline. Plus, their team actually checks in on me, which makes me feel like more than just another number.

At first I thought they were too slow, then I realized they were just careful. Snovio isn't polished like big platforms, and weirdly that made me trust them more. The process could use tightening up, and yeah communication isn't instant, but they don't overpromise. It's one of those services that grows on you instead of impressing you on day one.

I almost forgot I signed up. Being part time, I can't check emails constantly, so I thought this might not be worth it. Received a live transfer, we scheduled a showing, and I actually closed a deal yesterday. I'm happy it worked once. just wish it was a bit easier to manage.

Finally, after some effort, it turned into a closing. The process isn't seamless, you have to work at it, and updates are slow sometimes. Still, the lead quality is decent, better than some other services I've used. Not perfect, but it can pay off if you're willing to put in the work.
