**ZERO Referrals, Broken Promises, and Complete Ghosting — STAY AWAY!** I did EVERYTHING I could to vet this company before signing up. Researched them, asked questions, and made sure they were legitimate. What did I get? ZERO referrals. Not one. Absolutely nothing. I even spoke with another agent who used them, and she had the exact same experience. Snovio Referral confirmed MULTIPLE TIMES, IN WRITING, that I would receive a refund because they failed to deliver results. Yet here we are, no refund, no accountability, and now they've completely ghosted me. I've filed a formal consumer complaint in California. This is my SECOND experience with an outside ISA/referral company. The first was equally useless, although I eventually got my money back after repeatedly fighting for it. My advice to every real estate agent: **STOP wasting your money on these outside ISA companies. Work within your brokerage and build your own pipeline.** Based on my experiences, these companies sell promises and deliver absolutely NOTHING. **Snovio took my money, delivered zero results, promised a refund in writing, and then disappeared. STAY AWAY!**

This company promises agents leads from real buyers and sellers. What they're actually doing is cold calling people claiming to be from a local real estate firm, taking information and then packaging it up to a realtor that buys the leads.

Do not recommend this company didn't receive leads like promised, received 1 lead in a month and it was a bad one, I cancelled them and have been trying to get my money back with no luck. Not a trustworthy company to work with.

I joined them around 2 months ago. I still have not received a lead, they don't answer the phone and messages left get ignored.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They were very quick to take my payment, but the service I received did not meet the expectations that were presented to me. I received only one lead, which turned out to be a poor-quality lead with no response when I attempted to contact them. I contacted the company several times and was repeatedly assured that additional leads were on the way, but none were provided. Because the promised service was not delivered, I cancelled my contract today and requested a refund. What concerned me most was the response I received when I stated that I intended to share my experience in a public review. The representative told me that if I posted a negative review, it would be harder for me to get my money back. I found that response extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I would strongly encourage anyone considering their services to carefully review the terms, refund policy, and promises being made before providing payment.

I am requesting a refund as they have not sent me but 1 wholesaler lead I told them no wholesale leads and never received another lead. I do not recommend this company!!

Scammers here. I paid $695 for promised real estate leads, but instead they sell their CRM and I never received the leads I was promised. I was contacted by people using US phone numbers and they are operating from India, and the company appears to frequently change its website/branding. Very disappointing experience—do your research before paying them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A SCAM!!! They will NOT return your money back after the 60 days as promised if you are not satisfied. I requested seller leads and they continue to send me wholesalers looking for off market properties. I've complained several times and now that 60 days have passed, they refuse to give me my money back and keep asking me to allow them 30 more days. I talked to Steve (offshore) initially and he provided his phone number but now refuses to call or text me back. Someone else always calls me back and they are also offshore. The contract says the owner is a Robert J Williams out of Berkely CA. BEWARE!!!!
